Marathi television actors Suruchi Adarkar and Piyush Ranade are now a married couple. The duo tied the knot in a traditional intimate ceremony, surrounded by their friends and family. The actors also took to their official Instagram handle to share first photos from the ceremony.

Suruchi Adarkar and Piyush Ranade tied the knot in a traditional Marathi ceremony. The bridegroom's choice of colour for their special day was a resplendent yellow. Suruchi turned out in a yellow Banarasi saree with golden thread work paired with an ivory blouse with matching accents. A rani pink dupatta added a pop of colour. The bridal look stood completed with gold jewellery and green glass bangles.
Piyush Ranade on the other hand opted for a simple white kurta pajama embellished with a yellow dupatta. The pictures posted by the couple show them in the midst of their ceremony followed by them in a warm embrace afterwards. While in one photo, Piyush is seen in the process of putting a mangalsutra on Suruchi, the other shows the two smiling at one another. The caption to the photos simply read, "Happiest Day #PSILoveYou" For the unversed, Piyush Ranade is currently playing the main antagonist in show Kavyanjali Sakhi Savali while Suruchi Adarkar is playing a key role in show Chotya Bayochi Motthi Swapna.

Piyush has previously been married to Shalmalee Tolye, a fashion stylist. Their marriage lasted a few years before they filed for divorce, going their separate ways. This was followed by his wedding to actress Mayuri Wagh.

In this show, he portrayed character of a young and dynamic CID Inspector Akash Ketkar who was firm supporter of a scandal victim Manu (played by Girija Oak). The show was huge hit and his work was very well praised. This was the start of his career. After that he never looked back. His second Marathi television show as lead was Zee Marathi's Ekach Hya Janmi Janu opposite to Tejaswini Pandit. In Ekach Hya Janmi Janu, he portrayed character named Shrikant, who found his lost wife's reflection in a disabled girl Anjali (played by Tejaswini Pandit. He was also seen in other Marathi, Hindi as well as Gujrati television shows. The actor is currently in Pune to shoot for the show, and she can’t get enough of its weather and food. “I never thought I would enjoy staying here. We have a 20-day schedule every month in Pune, and I have begun to enjoy it. The people here are very warm, the weather is great, and the food has made me put on 3kg!” she says, laughing.
