Many aspiring actors come to Mumbai with dreams of making it big, but only a few manage to succeed after facing numerous struggles in their early days. One such actor, who was thrown out of set, eventually rose to become one of the top villains in the industry. The actor we are talking about is none other than Ashutosh Rana.
Ashutosh Rana is one of the well-known names in Bollywood. When the actor went to Mahesh Bhatt for work, he touched the filmmaker’s feet, which didn’t go well with him. Bhatt asked his security to throw him out of the set, telling them, “Don’t let such people inside.” Despite this, Ashutosh made several attempts to meet him again.
During their second meeting, Ashutosh told Mahesh Bhatt that his parents had taught him to take blessings from their elders by touching their feet. This heartfelt gesture touched filmmaker’s heart and he gave the actor his first-ever break with the television show Swabhimaan.
Ashutosh Rana has worked in several other TV shows like Farz, Sazish, Jax Kabhi, and Waris. He later made his Bollywood debut with the role of a villain in the film Dushman. Despite number of flops, the actor is still considered one of the most talented and versatile actors in Bollywood. Over the years, he has starred in several big films like Simmba, War, Baadal, Jaanwar, Raaz, and Fighter, Kalyug, Awarapan, Brothers and more.

This was on 17th October, he again called on 19th October and finally on 20th October 1998.”

At that time Renuka had come out from a bad marriage phase, so she was a bit sceptical about dating Ashutosh. During an interview, when Ashutosh was asked about Renuka’s first marriage, he said,
